“Go fish Go fresh” is their slogan: appropriate and simply. It’s a small booth next to the hostel and it serves the best ceviche. If you wonna eat fish, fish and fish, then head to the Southpoint of Miami Beach and grab a big bowl of ceviche, enjoy a beer and the atmosphere of the location. The view tables they have are located in the hostel itself. If you are lucky, the small park bench is available, to have a better oversight of the street….
By the way, the ambitious owner of my Ceviche, Samuel Gorenstein, working as chef de cuisine at BLT Steak at the Betsy Hotel on South Beach, strongly believes in seasonality, sustainability, and local availability and is sourcing only the freshest products available at the local markets…yep, that’s how the ceviche tasted!
